Forgive Them and Break Your Karmic Shackles

Have you shackled yourself to the past and made yourself a prisoner of your future karma? If you are harbouring anger, grudges, jealousy, vengeance, and housing hate in your heart; then the answer is a resounding Yes! The Law Of Karma

Karma is a Sanskrit word that means “action.”  Buddhists believe that Karma refers to the actions of our body, speech and mind. Every action we perform leaves an imprint, on our subtle mind, and each imprint eventually gives rise to its own effect.

An analogy for this, is to liken our minds to a field, and performing actions is like sowing seeds in that field. Virtuous actions sow seeds of future happiness, and non-virtuous actions sow seeds of future suffering.

Many Lives Many Destinies

Reincarnation is a subject that divides many people; you either believe in it or you don’t; although, I feel that some people don’t like to admit their belief in case they sound crazy. In many Indian and Asian countries, reincarnation is a way of life; people know they are going to be reborn and so they choose how they live their lives accordingly, so that they come back into their new life with plenty of opportunities for health, wealth, happiness and success. They know that what they do in this life will have repercussions for their next incarnation.

Here in the Western world, a lot of people don’t do this because they doubt reincarnation exists. Whether you believe in it or not, doesn’t it make sense to be the best person you can in this life, anyway? I feel the world would be a much better place if everybody did this.

The Laws Of Spirit

There are laws of the world and then there are the Laws of Spirit. Spiritual Law is much different than Earth Laws because everything that occurs on Earth is governed by the laws of the universe. All reality is consciousness. Or, perhaps a more applicable way to put it would be to say all reality is Spirit. All that you encounter, experience and do is a result of laws of spirit.

There various laws of spirit that effect how your consciousness affects your reality. Some various aspects of the laws of spirit include intention, gratitude and faith. Another way of thinking about the laws of spirit is to think of these qualities as psychic power. Psychic power trumps over physical power every single time. This is the origin behind the popular phrase “Mind over Matter”.
