We all have the ability to think, some of us think more than others, but in general our thought processes are similar. If I think about a city I have visited for instance. I will picture the landmarks I have visited, I will remember, often with feelings attached if I was sad or happy. Sometimes I can see and feel in my mind a scene clearly, sometimes it becomes hazy and is more thought and memory than pictures.
I am sure you all have varying degrees of picturing in your mind. You may picture and even taste in your mind what you are thinking of having for dinner. Or you may think about the play you are going to see at the theatre that evening, picturing the theatre in your mind, or you will guess what the characters will be like, just the same way you create a character from a book in your mind.

There has been a lot of research done, over the years, on the mind and how it works, particularly the subconscious mind and the power it has over you. You may not realize this, but your thoughts control your life. Everything you have in your life right now has been brought to you by the power of your thoughts. Unbelievable, but true.
This is why it is so important that you monitor the thoughts you have on a daily basis. If you’re like me, you will probably have all sorts of things going through your mind during a typical day, but be careful of any negative thoughts that cross your mind. It isn’t an accident that optimistic people live longer than pessimists and have happier lives as a result of their positivity. Negative thoughts are powerful; they attract negative circumstances and situations into your life.
Have you ever woken up and nothing seemed to go right: you dropped your toast on the floor; spilled coffee down your new blouse and then your car wouldn’t start. In those types of situations, your negative thoughts lead to more powerful negative outcomes and it’s like a vicious circle. You had one annoying experience and your first thought was probably, ‘it’s going to be one of those days’ or ‘bad things come in threes’ and then you are proven right as the rest of your day brings more of the same ‘unlucky’ scenarios.

How does one manifest psychically? Well, in actuality we all manifest psychically all the time. However what one needs to do is to learn how to create using their psychic power in a more deliberate matter.
Everything consists of psychic power. All of what you see, including your physical apparatus, is energy. This invisible psychic energy is constantly changing, moving, morphing and crystallizing into form in response to the vibrational frequency that you are emitting. In other words, the psychic energy that you put out determines the external manifestations that you get back in experience.
All thoughts are fuelled by psychic energy in motion. This psychic e-motion is eventually solidified into form as similar thoughts like it are repeated and repeated. When a thought is emitted, like thoughts of its same psychic energy begin to formulate in quick succession. As these thoughts are repeated more and more, an eventual manifestation comes into form.

It is often said that there is strength in numbers, many souls standing together in unity. This same analogy could be used with regard to ourselves. By bringing your internal self together, into balance and harmony.
When someone experiences conflict within themselves, the results can be disastrous. For a clouded mind cannot see clearly, emotions unrestrained like a riderless horse, galloping ahead without thought or consequence.
The unity of all life, is a theme that runs through the myths of the creation of the Native North American world. Native American peoples believe that the Earth is female. She gives birth to all the animals, birds, insects, human beings and plants, and continues to offer them healing from her abundant store. Her life force is imbued equally in minerals, plants, and animals, including humankind. Different species are interlinked, so that a plant for example can offer a human healing, but in return the human must care for the plant.Healing in this tradition involves maintaining and if necessary restoring the natural balance in the land and people, a harmony that operates on the spiritual as well as on the mental and physical planes. Medicine in the Native North American world means power or energy.
